In general, the shipping service provider handles our parcels very carefully. Nevertheless, it can happen from time to time that a parcel arrives damaged. If goods have been damaged in your delivery or have been lost due to damage, we will of course be happy to replace them.
Please send us pictures of the box, the shipping label on the parcel and the damaged product to [email protected]. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT: please do not throw away the package or product for the time being. It could be that the shipping service provider still needs the package for an internal investigation.
