In your shipping confirmation you will find a link to track your parcel. As soon as there is news about the progress of your parcel, we will inform you by e-mail. Shipping with DHL takes an average of 1-2 working days within Germany. Deliveries abroad are usually delivered with UPS after 3-4 working days.

Please note that shipping sometimes takes a little longer over the weekend. If your shipment status is not updated after your shipping confirmation, please be patient, sometimes it takes a while for DHL to update.
